Limited Usability

A email from NHS Choices came through to Joanne’s email asking if she wanted to participate in a usability test. She sent it on to me because she thought I might be interested.
Interestingly, the remote usability study tried to spawn a pop-up rather than just simply starting on the first page of the study.
When I approved the pop-up, I was greeted by this page. I guess NHS Choices isn’t that interested in how usable Macintosh users find their site?
I suspect this is a limitation of Keynote’s WebEffective usability testing solution.
If I ever find myself needing to do remote usability testing, I know who I won’t be using.
